@AnimePh123 the "ending" is actually chapter 140. Everything after that consists of side stories taking place before chapter 140. Currently, there's 583 chapters in total, but it doesn't seem like anyone is going to actually pick it up, which is why the translated chapters are just scattered about.

To everyone complaining, this is a damn filler chapter; it's not spoiling any major plot points. I can understand complaints for the other skipped chapters, but this one isn't even a major chapter.
