The fan and official translation have competed admirably for the worse English. At first I thought the official version was better, but somehow despite fewer grammatical problems, I think it actually gets the meaning of the sentences farther from the mark more often. In the fan translation I get what's going on, in the official one I keep losing the thread.

This translation is fairly bad. Though perhaps its no great loss. This seems like a fairly shoddy adaption with the old issue common to shitty webnovel adaptions i.e. lots of plot happens "off screen". Perhaps the best early example is how between the end of chapter 4 and the beginning of chapter 5 the MC has moved from school to home and managed to get his ass kicked in between. Apart from that its actually not bad. The main character actually makes an effort to behave in a reasonable manner. It also takes the time to address why, even though he lived for 10K years (why are the numbers always stupidly big?), he isn't totally inhuman.
