Kind of looks like the Hero party is being remade. With Fern as the Mage, Stark as the Warrior and Sein as the Priest. Now they just need to find a new Hero.

@parkourse I agree. Seems too much of a coincidence that they found that cave. I feel like it's going to be the girl and the sketchy guy that wants MC to join him is going to be a good guy. Mainly because it's way too obvious that it should be him.

My theory is Tokio is pregnant with Maru in the past. And that the facility they are being raised in is for genetic testing. I think something is going to happen with all the studies which will lead to the destruction of humanity soon. And Maru said in an earlier chapter that he was super young...
