The original is literally gomennasorry (ゴメンナソーリー). The author really seems to like that phrase.

I've heard something similar, but I'm not sure where that came from. The original word was 皮肉, which usually means "irony" but can also be used to describe "sarcasm".

You're gonna have to get used to that. We're entering the "the author was sick so he was barely able to get a chapter out every two months, and wasn't able to do research" phase.
