the observation with the coffee cups was nice, and it was nice to see it recognised on the credits page (i know it's like super insignificant on one level, but attention to detail in art like this shows they care for the world they're depicting)

i thought it felt super disjointed - like scene transitions didn't really 'flow' into each other, sorta like everything was super compressed we had - character introduction, set up for x2 main leads, tragic co-worker backstory & resolution, plus hook for future stories with 2% of magic power...
