Why are sometimes all posts/comments shown in comments and sometimes only newest?

For example https://mangadex.org/manga/23515/megami-ryou-no-ryoubo-kun I wanted to update with first volume cover because it's now out https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/A1fiK3wGlpL.jpg but button "Saving..." just keeps going and never updated

What do you think about site being for so many days? I read some rumors that data has been compromised and they lost a lot of it. Our lists might be irrecoverable.
