She seems to be a bit shy about her interests so I think she just lied to the guy for some reason. Literally the panel below her saying no shows her gushing to Hiroto about meeting someone who worked on it. I guess it would fall somewhat under the tsundere-trope.

I feel like it's a bit unusual for a manga series to have a narrator, I wonder if they're someone specific or is it supposed to be the author. I do like that the chapters are somewhat longer for now at least.

I think the case with this one is that the official English translations caught up before Mangadex did so they can't upload them or why bother doing it twice since there's the official ones. In general it's still a voluntary project for the scanlators so they don't have to finish it either so...
