Most porn is just a one-shot format. Made to just paint the context to spice the jerk-off. When the porn is serialized, then just having sex scenes is not enough, otherwise the customers will just consume other one-shots. A good story can make a sex scene more engaging and spicier.

They finally bring it back! I had completely forgotten about the sentience of that worm that is still inside him. The anime was a good reminder. The worm, for some unknown reason really wants to kill all the kaiju.
