As a medical doctor myself, I'm always happy to see the exhaustive detail this manga goes into to explain disease and their treatments. In this chapter specifically, we get a glimpse of the various surgical tools and their uses. Just wish it updated more often

There is no central plot for this series, so every chapter is filler, so to speak. And these little tidbits about the inner workings of a library are always welcome But yeah, asking Ishidaira of all people to be assertive is just asking for trouble.

Was initially not onboard with another child-raising story with yet another 'mature-for-her-age' child, but I really must admit that the story really knows how to make Rui actually look cool. Also, the transitions between panels could reaaally use some work, I'm thinking.
