For people saying that his C is based on the percentile, remember that Fujishiro has an A with 80% to be accepted and she's approximately at the 75th percentile. For him to be a C, he has to be significantly lower. Yes there are other hard working and smart people out there taking these tests...

I like the setting, and can handle the fetishes that the story focuses on, but the characters are all unlikeable. I don't think there's a single one of them I'm actually rooting for from the MC to the heroine to the supporting cast.
