@Purplelibraryguy penmanship is just a bigger deal in chinese in general but actually most strokes start and end at different widths in Chinese characters so a fountain pen is easier to use as a stand in for the brush. Related explanation...

Part of the reason I picked this series up is that in the art here you can see how she keeps her distance and is physically cautious around these guys she's just met even though she's strong.

This series is a bit slower paced which is nice because things don't feel too abrupt, but also means that each chapter feels a little thin development-wise so I'm trying to release at least 2 chapters at a time.
