    So I'm a Spider, So What? - Vol. 6 Ch. 30.1

I'm surprised we jumped back to Kumo so quickly when I heard a lot of people saying we were supposed to be focusing on the side character plot for awhile due to their importance for later events in the story. Unless that's going to come soon, or later since I doubt the manga skipped it?

    Land of the Lustrous

@Soren Fuck if I know, but I assume a majority or the gems use Boku, instead of Watashi, either because the gems don't have a proper concept of gender with them being rock people on a post apocalyptic planet, or the author intended for them to be more masculine despite being genderless. Watashi...

    Devils' Line

I don't know why, but this series feels like a Shoujo version of Tokyo Ghoul with vampires.

    Black Bullet

Mediocre series, but the OP/ED themes for the anime were beautiful.

The Blue Eye of Horus: The Story of a Queen Dressed as a Man

I'm surprised there isn't more Egyptian references or blatant manga based around the lore in Japan. Outside of this, and Yugioh, I haven't seen anything else which is pretty sad.

    Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka?

@Ayreos Yea, the way the illustrator draws humanoid characters kind of needs.. improvement. We're only 5 volumes in though so it'll be amazing to see how the illustrator progresses in his art skill.

Owari no Seraph: Ichinose Guren, 16-sai no Catastrophe

Pretty good spinoff. I hope it gets licensed in the future.

    Toaru Majutsu no Index

    >Ongoing since it's debut in 2007 >Originally was going to end early but the series increased in popularity >Skipped relatively short Deep Blood & Angel Fall arcs >20 volumes Man time flies, and it's still here to this day in 2018. I'm glad Chuya is so dedicated to the series and loves the...

    Kumika no Mikaku

It's a shame it ended so soon. All these comfy cooking or food related manga are nice.

    Land of the Lustrous

@Soren Can't be a trap if you have no gender or genitals lol. I think they use those specific honorifics as a symbol of respect or familiarity in general though since they're all one big family in reality.

    Zannen Jokanbu Black General-san

Great manga to be honest, a little underrated though.

    Angels of Death

Never played the game, nor know how it boosted in popularity so much, but the anime is really well made and I prefer it a lot over the manga. The manga is still nice though, simply because I doubt the anime will go super deep into the story in about 12/13 episodes sadly.

The Rising of the Shield Hero

    >400-500 chapters Considering this is a monthly series, that analysis sounds kind of extreme since we're 11 volumes and 43 chapters in after 4 years. Maybe 120 or so.. but eh who knows. I hope the illustrator is really dedicated to the story, because there's been a couple rare occasions of...

It's a shame this series hasn't been licensed officially. I'd love to grab some copies since it's so unique.

    Bastard!!

Man this was such a great manga, it's sad as fuck that it's on such an indefinite hiatus. In terms of the Seinen demographic I consider it up there with the greats like Berserk and Vagabond, and if it was still continuing in it's usual schedule it would no doubt be hyped up. The apocalyptic...

    Happy Sugar Life

Just discovered the manga due to the anime, and I have to say.. the story is pretty interesting? Yandere is such an underrated character archetype so I'm hype that Satou delivers. The portrayal of love obsession feels unrealistic at times since a lot of it is overblown, and the whole lolicon...

    One-Punch Man

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRAQxhDQMMY From a simple glimpse of this PV, the animation for Season 2 looks perfectly fine despite it being animated by JC Staff. Shit almost looks akin to Madhouse's work, but nonetheless I'm hype.
