This is a top isekai manga, as far as that genre goes. Ignore the detractors above, their opinion is garbage. I would put this on par with classics such as 12 kingdoms (juuni kokuki).

Their translations are so bad you're better off not reading them. It's somewhat tragic that there are some good manga out there that probably no group will pick up because of this half assed translation group, but that's how it goes.
