It's just a manga. It's not real advice. But also. That's not great advice. Being proactive, being intentional with your choices, and moving forward on that intent, is going to be more fruitful than "waiting for your options to boil down". Life doesn't tend to just... proceed. It moves...

What we deserve is often far more than we ever receive. You can't know what forgiveness can do for someone, being able to help someone even when they've harmed you. People aren't usually "evil" by intent, they become evil by action. Over time, and with enough action, and you'll get someone evil...

We need a "dreaming realist" wake up moment for our boy here. Something that she says, even just thinking she's "joking around" with her friends, that makes him go "... what am I doing?" Imagine you get a chapter where he's still chasing her, and it ends with her being pressured by her friends...

I would LOVE to see something like that. Not in a mean, "revenge" way, but just... realistic.

100% agree. This is maddening. Look at from inside the characters... just the whole "oh I just re-confessed my love for you, and you brushed it off, and now just moved onto whatever's next..." yeah no. That's that for me man.
