There were a lot of progressive / SJW stuff at the end of their scans after some interesting stuff. And people doesn't like politics in their fluffy manga if politics doesn't exist in it in the first place. Ch16 has a great example in it. The end page is just SJW sayings.

Depending on the fish, it is possible or usual. Afterall, if the bones are small and not bot bothersome to eat, why would you take a lot of time for bone extraction? That is the general motto for classic types of cooked fish such as shown in this manga.
