I heard about new authors doing this "twist of the week" style of writing. While it does sometimes keep things fun and fresh, it also feels a bit unfocused and random. Hopefully next chapter will tie the two stories together.
Imagine being spoon-fed exactly why she's a bad person for this way of thinking and having Mr Pibb Miyu state that there's no reason to forgive her and giving up on the story here.
Okay, so Okaya is a ridiculous Saturday morning villain, but I'm hanging on because I just want to see these awful characters get murked by Maria. Who is, by and large, way more interesting and complex than the MC from most revenge manga.
Damn, that shower scene was HOT, love girls accepting their freak:thumbsup: . But to be fair, our boy just had his cute sack and bubble butt very finely put on display. They both create a black hole of erotic tension, excellent hottie couple.
This was a surprisingly pleasant ending for such an overdramatic story arc. It's almost the opposite of the last arc, where the sudden violent climax soured a solid beginning and middle.
The author is capable of writing compelling drama, but I think they need to tone down the soap opera and...
It's fun and cathartic, with really great art. But the characters are kinda shallow and one dimensional, with the exception of the main character, who is by far the best part of the story. He's vicious yet goofy with a mysterious past I'm very curious to know, so why he gets less screentime than...
I don't know if I like the ending decision for the surviving twin just keep pretending to be his dead brother, it doesn't seem like a very healthy coping technique. But I guess everyone's happy, so who am I to judge? :wtf:
Sad story, and very well rounded characters in a slightly more unusual time setting, which I appreciate. Though the final decision seemed kind of strange, like all the characters gave up somehow. But still worth a read for the length.
Not only that, but she had an abusive upringing with her biological parents, which probably decimated her self esteem. It's a recipe for self destructive behavior like prostitution. Even when she reached out to the nice lady teacher, the idea of a young girl being promiscuous is repulsive to...
The mom is honestly the one not thinking things through. Econ and business majors tend towards soul crushing office jobs, near guaranteeing a miserable existence. Even if she gets a job at an office, Honda will have her degree in a field that gave her years of joy and metal stimulation.
Then read yet another shonen where the perfect protagonists forgive literal murderers, ikd why you put up with 30 chapters of a revenge manga if you don't like revenge.
I think that's why Temu Terminator and her little sidekick see her as a god: she's punishing these little assholes for their crimes, as though enacting divine retribution. The criminals experience pain and fear similar to what they inflicted, then stop being a problem to anyone else. Her actions...
