@gr8g that was just a question that Telomere had. That Bolt might be a clone of Leon....but it was never confirmed. This arc just instead confirms that it was the other way around. Leon was a clone of Bol or something along those lines. Not the other way around.

I am thinking this could solve some issues with the amount of magic in the worlds. If all three worlds get connected by Anima/Aqua Aera/something similar , the collective magic could get redistributed equally among all three worlds. Elentir would this way deal with the excess magic and Edolas...
