I think (I'm not staff so take things with a grain of salt), the reason it is done this way is because Hunlight is monetizing off of their websites ad-rev and donations (which is technically allowed per Managdex TOS), but they were doing it in a way that is kinda scummy. Whereas the other...

Should be fixed now here on MangaDex then.

Nope, Godes is intentional. The Japanese is ゴーデス (Gōdesu), which is being used as the name of the war deity Godes, not the English word “goddess.” If it were actually meant to be “goddess,” the Japanese would normally be ゴッデス (goddesu) instead.

Translator here, I just realized I completely forgot to add a TL note for this one. The bread is a reference to Anki-Pan (アンキパン) from Doraemon, a gadget where you press bread onto something you want to memorize and then eat it to learn the information. This version is basically a horribly...

I'll be kind. Until Hunlight fixes their own stuff here's a translation for that page: 出禁になったガールズバーの数よ “That’s the number of girls’ bars he’s been banned from.” 出禁だ！ “You’re banned!” うう…… “Ugh…” チッ ぺちゃぱい 触ったぐれーで “Tch… Just ’cause I grabbed some flat tits…” !? 彼は おさわりによって 出禁になったの “He...

Translator here! The receptionist says the only openings are 給仕 (kyūji) jobs, basically serving/waitstaff work, and then adds どれも夜の仕事ですし, literally “they’re all night work/jobs.” The important part is Setsu’s internal response. She changes that into 夜勤のウェイトレスさん？ essentially, “A waitress working...

Yep. That's how it is on Hunlights website too.

I’m not affiliated with Hunlight. I’ve been uploading their chapters to MangaDex because they only post them on their own site. Hunlight’s website has various DRM blocks to prevent the usual way of saving images, forcing the user to go in the backend manually... That's a pain so I made a...

Yea I was the one who uploaded all their chapters to MangaDex because they only post them on their own site. Hunlight’s website has various DRM blocks to prevent the usual way of saving images, forcing the user to go in the backend manually... They do this so their chapters don't get shared...

Well... KDT is mostly AI (Claude/ChatGPT) translations and they do a pretty decent job (speaking as someone who can read/translate Japanese). In all honesty the hard part about translating Japanese to English is the fact that Japanese has a lot of things that are implied contextually and not...

It's two different credit pages. Vanguard split the chapter up into 4.1 and 4.2 originally and had different people working on both parts.

Nope. Vanguard's been "dead" for a while (3 years). They apparently did these chapters already... But they never uploaded them anywhere except their website (which is obviously now gone). Someone had saved them and when they saw I was working on it... Emailed me the chapters. Vanguards group...

https://syougeki-utikiri.com/dreamlife-utikiri/?utm The Manga Artist had health issues. :( If you want to read more past where the manga is going to end, the web novel has been translated partially: https://www.novelupdates.com/series/dream-life/

Translator here. I normally run Isekai Trash Preservation Scans, which is focused almost entirely on trashy/abandoned isekai. Camouflage Boy is very much outside what I normally work on, but I liked the manga enough after reading through the first volume that I volunteered to translate it as a...

There is a 37.5... I accidently skipped it when mass uploading, my bad. It should be up now.

Yea... Uploader here. Hunlight almost got banned off Mangadex for doing the whole "Pay for chapters with coins" thing on their own website earlier this year. They removed that and then switched to only uploading a couple chapters here on Mangadex to "force" people to go to their own website to...

Oops, just seeing this. It should now be fixed now here on Mangadex. I just scraped Hunlights websites for these chapters so I have no clue. It's out of order on their own website too for some reason.
