So just like MegaMan X/Z Reploids and Humans becoming "equal" in MegaMan ZX, so does Humans and Demon-Human hybrids become pretty much the same here. Six of one, half dozen of the other.
But I'm thinking: the widespread war and chaos is sure to generate a few new Idaten, right?
I've read too many manga that would do all sorts of shit just to prevent any sort of cathartic reunions from happening, that I feel nothing but just the most pessimism with their plan.
Something like, idk a dragon will swoop in, capture Rukia, and then nuke the place before teleporting to the...
Which is crazy because we now know that there's another "predator" in the mix, and Azusa is their next "prey".
Like, why let the enemy just make their moves, instead of denying them a piece they can use?
Once again, direct contact with Azusa was suggested, but handwaved away. The story would contort itself in new and interesting ways just to avoid having the two main victims of this from speaking to each other.
I like that the story isn't getting roadblocked by his emotional troubles, even if it's well within his right to feel that way after learning about what happened to his mom.
RIP in peace, mom. Rip in pieces soon, shitty dad.
Yeah yeah yeah time to reap
EDIT: Also, "I wasn't into home dates anyways" this gold-digger ass woman didn't even know that my man was mega loaded because she was too up her own ass lol.
I was expecting it would be the usual "so close yet so far", but that still remains to be seen.
Great that the fight against this android isn't stretched out.
