Yep they did it in previous chapters as well, but it's wild that they are even censoring fully clothed women now just because of cleavage I guess :') If you censor stuff that not even the Japanese or Chinese themselves censor in their work then you really got some puritan level mental problems.

The censoring is not that extreme in the raws, so it was probably the TL that did that for some weird reason, even though the original is already censored.
