What would they do if a character showed up in a bikini? MSPaint on an 15th century dress so you can't see the ankles?

It's such a waste of effort because now someone is going to have to redo the TL at some point in the future without the edits.

If someone shows up in a bikini they'd probably just delete the entire panel :')
In chapter 140 they straight up deleted several pages, because Moon was sleeping in her underwear, so who knows if they haven't done similar things in their other translation work.
