That manga is based on hentai by a different author. There are few differences with side characters and such, but the two biggest changes and the ending, I assume the author didn't have much leeway to change the story.

Well, it's a 100% NTR story, but a really weird one. If anyone interested here is my interpretation of raws, I left some details out. As of writing this, you can read chapters 27, 28, and 29 on the official raw website for free.

From glancing over raws, it seems it will be a bit more of a convoluted version of that. But of course the author can do a rug pull and totally screw over the MC.
