That manga is based on hentai by a different author. There are few differences with side characters and such, but the two biggest changes
were the addition of the cram school plotline and the ending,
where the FMC realizes her actions were in the wrong and decides to change for the better but also lies to the MC that she sleeps with others because she knows he has a cuck fetish. Whereas in the hentai version, there is no lie, and she actually does so. I assume the author didn't have much leeway to change the story.
