Just in case someone does ask, I will not translate any other manga, manhwa or manhua while awaiting season 2. I didn't quit translating them in the first place without rhyme or reason. I also have licensed novels and more to work on, so I have plenty to keep me busy.

@Mr_1RaE I have no idea what the chief editor is thinking. There's too much to tell you, lol. We're talking about five chapters for Bai Lian alone, let alone Hongzhuang, MSW, the scenes with SYR. Their scenes thus far could give me a volume's worth of chapters. @Sumatose Done.

The change to Long Cheng's story just removed the perspective MFZ gained during the years he sequestered. Now MFZ seems like the father who abandoned his son and then comes back years later to start acting like a father instead of being the MFZ who comes back with the intention of helping out...

If you feel confused or unable to keep up somewhere here, it's normal to be. That was close to 10 novel chapters in one sitting (around 5 more chapters skipped if they don't insert some more information later on). The letter from Ming Huayu is supposed to give context for Mount Daluo's status...

@givemersspls Because they chopped out a whole chunk of content from the novel and have no other means of saving the mess.

Thank god they stuck to the novel here and didn't turn it into a face-slapping ending.
