Yeah you are right, sry I didn't bother to read RAW to check properly. Her name is 恋白 with 恋 read as Koi, so there is no problem about that, but in ch3 she introduced herself as 恋(こは)白(く), so here the こは furigana says it should be read as "Kohaku", so yeah, her name is Ichifuji Kohaku. As for Koishiro, there was no furigana for it so that should be the same, not Koshiro or something lol

Ganma app chapters usually are free except for the latest and some random extra that you need premium for (and well when a serie end all chapters go to premium lol), there are some ways you can skip watching the ad, like changing device dns to an adblock one or whatever

"Easier" to screenshot for both quality and automatization if you are using an android emulator for it though, given the app doesn't have DRM protection like other manga apps, but it still take a while lmao
