I mean it certainly catches attention, but I don't think that alone would be enough for a special event auch as this. The condiments was a good play, but you could've included it as part as a very common meal in Korea like say fast food and with the condiment/seasoning on the side to prove it can be easily brought into France... Though it might kill some of the attraction as food they already have if it ain't unique. At least you would do that for America cause nothing gets their attention more than steak, burgers, and any ready to eat food.

Hmmm do they make ready made Kimchi?
