This is fantastic. I really like how the author is setting up the woman to be genuinely caring but expresses her affection very dominantly. Commanding him to do things that are for him, like the hospital, the seat. Excited to see if she ever realizes that she does it and he likes it and she starts doing it more and intentionally.
