Okay... I'm curious to hear how her Water Repellent was dangerous enough that she was a liability to be on a boat, let alone to have accidentally killed her (presumably hero licensed) mother.
@biznizz From what I can understand of her quirk, if she falls off a boat into the ocean she'd continue to fall until she hits the sea floor (and this is without the water slowing her down cuz she'd repel it)
