Well, even if this goes dark, at least by glance it'll not be as deceptive as Hamada's works where you expect things go pretty leisurely and author says 'fuck that' (like the water bear one. Or the alien one...).

Browsing the author's twitter I have a sneaking suspicion they might be a woman. Or are males having long polished fingernails the new trend nowadays?

There's also the point of her anatomical features; like exactly how is she lying on her back finely with her spine's skeletal features poking out?

Does she even poop..??? She has a mouth, but...

Considering that her skins also seemed rather thin (at the very least, transparent) enough to show blood vessels and also smooth, slippery, she likely has no sweating mechanisms, as well as having skins like a dolphins (kinda contradicts the transparency)

Upon seeing Akari's dirty red randoseru backpack, I was afraid that it was going to take a dark turn when she came home. Turns out they're just poor, and it seems like she and her sister are not being abused (so far). No hurt these cinnamon rolls, please.

It's amazing how 102 having a cute human child's head works wonders even with a creepy monstrous body like that. She's effectively some sort of wish-granting fairy if we ignore her body for a moment...

Now I'm wondering if I didn't make a mistake by picking up this title into my reading list. A lot of things can still go very wrong, including what if 102 suddenly developed an appetite for human flesh...

I truly hope she's a friend and ally to the girls for real. Because they look like they need every single bit of help they can get.
