@Leuix is apparently new and unaware of notifications about pings and about private messages. And it seems that he or she doesn't think to check an upload right after making it. So two of his or her uploads are messed-up. I've asked the admins to message @Leuix and to delete the failed uploads (so that so that no more people are baited), but you know how that goes.
