Are you absolutely sure it's not due to the H toggle? Have you tried reading H manga to bump it? Maybe filling your Reading History with H manga?

Reading an H manga adds it to the reading list, but having the H toggle off removes H manga from being seen. Try doing what I suggested in the first post. If it doesn't change anything then idk.
