Does anyone know this manga?

I remember reading this manga ages ago and I wanted to read it again after some time. This was a manga where characters got powers from famous people and topics in history when they slice their neck (I don't remember if this was the way to get the powers). The MC got given a knife and I think he awakened the power to steal other people's powers using his left or right arm. There were characters that had powers from people like Nikola Tesla, Hitler, Schrodinger's cat to name a few. I also remember that they had a nurse I think called Nightingale. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE
