Help me find this old oneshot manga please....

I’m looking for a manga that my dad bought around 2015–2016. I completely forgot the title, but I vaguely remember it might have had something like “Sky, Earth/Land, and Sea” in the title. I’m not sure though 😭

As far as I remember, it was one volume containing 3 short stories, all involving characters who died in plane crashes:

• Sky: The plane explodes/crashes in the sky. The character initially doesn’t realize that they’re already dead. After realizing it, they fly upward with other spirits.
• Land/Earth: The plane crashes on land and is destroyed. The character initially thinks they’re the only survivor, but gradually realizes that they’ve actually died. If I remember correctly, their body was even split in two by the wreckage, and eventually they find their own body.
• Sea: The plane crashes into the sea. The character becomes a spirit and eventually swims freely in the ocean, alone with no other spirits.

I think the art style was shoujo, but I’m not 100% sure. What I remember most about the cover is that it looked like a collage of the sky + land/forest + sea, with a character in each section.
