It basically means someone who is in denial of being a trans person or so I've heard from their fanatic community. Basically, there will always be some dude like this saying 'egg energy' or stuff like that under any gender-swap, crossdressing genre, etc..they're equal to the guys who don't acknowledge someone trans in some ways, so pay no mind to it.
