i'm surprised given the suicide rates in japan, that taking out life insurance on someone that kills themselves wouldn't still pay out versus some 'accident' unless there's some issues in the past before with "we know our child is suicidal so we'll get money from that/benefit from that" Tho, surprised he wouldn't kill himself in a more 'public' place, bc i feel like i came across a diff manga where someone died by train and the 'family/relatives' get charged if someone does that at a train station b/c it 'inconveniences' other ppl or so
