@abdude13 I know right? These kind of characters are precisely why I hate Yuri so much. I have no problem with real life lesbians or or lesbians in tv shows or movies, but in manga, anytime I see a lesbian girl, I immediately get annoyed.

mY hearrrttt.... i hope they're both able to get girlfriends in the future who will forever love them... i really hope their relationship doesn't turn into a romantic one... i just want them to be able to support each other... i also don't get why everyone hates aoi... she's a good character... i get she's acting like a dick but this is her first crush and it's a girl... she's also 14.... I dunno i just feel empathetic towards aoi... i just want things to turn out good for her.

I have nothing against lesbians. I like the idea of the teachers together (although I still prefer Hinohara with Nagai ofc), but damnnnn this glasses shiki girl is super annoying! I get that she’s 14 and is therefore emotionally immature but honestly the mangaka should make a little more effort into making her a little likable. Either that or stopping wasting so much chapters just for her irritating emotional turmoils.

Wow. That was sad... I mean, I'm glad that Aoi learned some empathy and I'm glad that the teacher let her learn this on her own instead of telling her everything, but man...

I'm glad this series is back, but we just had to begin with the absolute worst character of the series, Aoi. Let me be clear. I don't hate her for her love of Tanaka. I hate her for her hatred of Yoshikawa specifically and basically all males generally. Having feelings for someone of the same sex does not give you a justification for being a belligerent ass to members of the opposite sex. That's proven with the nurse, who has shown to not be an ass against males. She's fine. Aoi is not.

@comeonnow Aoi is a teen. What do you expect? She can't hate Tanaka, so she directs her frustration toward Yoshikawa.

And she's growing up right in front of us.

@Kirin-kun I expect her to not be so hateful. It's not just Yoshikawa that she hates. She has been shown to have a disdain for basically any male for the sole reason of being a male.

I'm probably vastly overgeneralizing since I haven't read the previous chapters in many months, but that's what I remember at least. Nothing that has been explained about or by her gives justification for her to hate all males.

@comeonnow Well, you and I can't begin to understand what it's like to grow up as a lesbian in Japanese society, especially as a middle-schooler (they are 14 after all). That would twist anyone's personality I suppose. The gay nurse and the gay teacher (Mino) seem to be well adjusted, but there's no telling what they went through in their youth and they are still in the closet (though for Mino, I'm not sure).

@Kirin-kun You are correct that I do not know the experiences of a 14- year- old growing up in Japan. You are correct that it has almost certainly had an effect on her personality.

The problem is that even if all of that is true, that still does not justify her hatred of all males. If this were a heterosexual 14-year-old being hateful of the opposite or the same gender, then it would be completely normal to criticize that person.

We literally have seen her back story already. Nothing within that gives her reason to be so hateful of all men. Yes, IF new facts emerge that make her understandable, then I would change my mind. However, until that time, we are left with this character who is hateful without a good reason. At this time, she really has no excuse.

Sabotaging others' relationship is a big NO, especially of those with mutual feelings.
