Mizutani-sensei works at a glacial pace, there have been 10 11 volumes released in Japan so far.

just as a reminder to anyone else, the official English release covers up to Ch. 41/Intermission 56 so there's no need to wait for scanlations if you're really interested. 10 should probably have been out this fall but covid likely caused a delay.
