I was expecting the ending to be Lilysa still in the manga club raising the new generation of cosplayers, instead we got the whole cast including Okumura.
Speaking of our protagonist, seeing him rejecting the other girls felt so bad, especially since between Lilysa, Mari nee and Mikari the winner was the least interesting of the three.
As I said in a previous chapter, I cannot call this a bad series, but compared to the premise to me it was a disappointment.

And even with everything aforementioned it is still better than Sono Bisque Doll

Thanks for model name info, I kind of forgot that it can be a thing in conventional modeling. But other points are just wild for me, a small brain. Can you provide some proofs for your points I highlighted in your message quotation? Because, if we're to talk about the first one, what exactly can stop a person from retiring from modeling, except for the contracts and fines for terminating them one-sidedly (Mikari was going to move to the US at one point)? And for the second one to happen, I assume, paparazzi and other journalists'd need to cease to exist (Tsubaki mentioned that she is Lilisa's consultant and secretary, so if it's official, then there're documents (taxation and accounting) and, quite possibly, meetings with people regarding their business enterprise. Needless to say anything about school uniform she wears).
And yeah, there was absolutely zero chemistry between the MCs and Lilisa didn't take Okumura out of the shell, so it really is her perfect ending. Couldn't be less true. All while I'm just a small brain subhuman who couldn't understand peak writing made for the elite. Thanks for clearing things for me
If I may ask, mr. Megamind, what the author wanted to tell us by writing off only Okumura's family out of the main cast families? I just can't understand this with my small brain.

Lol at the "adoptive moms", so they were charged to keep an eye on her while her parents are in the US. Sensei is still amazing as Lustalotte, damn!

I wanted to see Lylisa and Mikari finally redo the Lilliel x Miriella forbidden cosplay they couldn't photograph because they were still in highschool...

And the true Lilliel is finally back!
