I hate spoiling myself when groups do a batch upload.

It does, but you have to click the "Latest updates" section that is right on top "All" and "Follows", it shows you what chapters of each series have been uploaded recently, i never use it though, so i often click the title page and check the new chapters to see if multiple were uploaded.
