I'm just gonna say it: Bravely is being violated repeatedly in subtle ways that almost make a straight up hentai scenario preferable.

I mean obviously the forcing him to be revived in a body he isn't comfortable in, that goes without saying. But the control, the emotional manipulation? It's actually an extreme form of abuse to repeatedly threaten your own suicide in response to pushback. Like... this is some serious shit. It'd almost have been better if all Kento actually did was plow Bravely up and down the garden path.

I should mention though that I'm not criticizing the story or author. Depiction is not endorsement. This is actually a really interesting narrative setup and dark spaces are worth exploring in fiction. I really appreciate the TLs and I'm excited to see where this goes.
