honestly, like comics. The year 2000 was a decade I basically skipped for anime. The ugliness of early digital coloring and lifeless linework from digitizing.
Certainly there were good ones, but most of them just were unappealing to me.

At least I lasted a generation of Pokemon ( Ash's generation ). Now time to outlast One Piece generation.

The first Full Metal Alchemist animé. Not Brotherhood, the 2003 one, because it's better.

Also, Ergo Proxy has hit me just where it should.

The first seasons of the index and railgun anime were a good introduction to one of my fav license.
