Alright, so I have some theories (gonna mark it as spoiler because idk if I'm right about something) about Kenji's sister being involved in creating the virus. Though it may not seem likely, considering it doesn't seem like she went to college or got the practical knowledge, there could be a possibility since they showed her having an interest for microbiology. Perhaps she has connections that granted her access to a lab or something.

I also think Kanna might be the girl who appeared at the beginning of the manga. However, I've noticed she has what appears to be blonde hair, which makes me wonder about who her real parents are. It's possible that either Kenji's sister or "friend" aren't her biological parents, she might even be adopted.

These are just my speculations, and I might be completely wrong. Regardless, I'm excited to see how the story unfolds.
