oof, I always forget just how stereotypical depictions of trans people in manga tend to be. Everyone that isn't a man in a dress or a deluded lesbian ends up getting shunted into the "otokonoko" or "extreme tomboy" categories... welp, at least Kanna is nice to her, though I'm guessing it's more of a "and she washes the feet of the poor and downtrodden" thing more than a "the trans woman is female and deserves dignity" kind of deal.
