ai-chan's seifuku is cute, something something separation anxiety but given that it's a cat driven world it'd be weirder if they weren't allowed unless it's a one cat per student for school

From extensive experience... if you get a kitten young as possible, neuter/spay as soon as possible (we don't know how that works in this world yet!) and handle them a lot they're basically much cleaner less neurotic dogs that you don't have to walk. Individual cats may still vary! And of course some dog breeds are pretty resistant to neurosis.

Japan has a catch and release program (that "Sakura" ear lol) tho idk how it'd be now considering this would be too much of a paradise for "strays" to exist versus some rebelling and living alone by choice

Tho other than a regular family unit having a litter maybe there are some breeders still out there or pro taking care of them and neutering before they get adopted out
