as a queer person i’m kinda bitter about sanji’s time on the okama island
i mean, i do love bon clay and iva as characters but that kinda is portraying trans people as sexual predators for a gag and it’s, you know, not only unfunny („man in a dress, now LAUGH”) but also kinda bad
that being said even though it has it’s problems with stuff like that i still love one piece with all my heart and cook boi is still top 5 favourite op characters, but like, lmao why
i heard there’s a bunch of trans characters in wano, so maybe oda has improved on that, i’ll see in a couple of weeks
