Commentary on the actual webcomic:
The art is extremely rough. I want to enjoy it but the art is very flat and lifeless for the most part, and distracts me from the actual plot. The actual plot is somewhat undeveloped at this point, so I can't really say much about it, but I'm gonna need a better way to differentiate between, what,seven ten girls? I'm glad you colored their hair different for the most part, as otherwise I would definitely be unable to tell the difference between them.

Going off of what the other person said about this comic not being allowed, it almost definitely isn't. I get the feeling that even if you had asked the admins, they'd turn you down. I'm not gonna comment on the quality of the comics themselves because this isn't about that, but rather the fact that it seems like you guys are just using other manga reading sites to spread your own comics.
Your comics belong on independent webcomic creator sites like Tapastic and Webtoons (where it already is), and not places like mangago (where you guys have also posted this), and mangadex. These are sites for sharing translations of eastern manga, manhwa and manhua, NOT sites for you to boost the popularity of your native English comic. Tbh I think this would've been a lot better received if you guys didn't just go around posting your comics wherever you could.
That being said, if you've gotten permission from all the mangadex admins and they, for whatever reason, okayed this, then by all means post it. Just expect to be rated a lot more harshly by people who expect better quality stuff, not amateur webcomic art.
