Deluge does not mean problem
noun
a severe flood.
"this may be the worst deluge in living memory"
synonyms: flood, flash flood, torrent, spate

verb
inundate with a great quantity of something.
"he has been deluged with offers of work"
synonyms: inundate, overwhelm, overload, overrun, flood, swamp, snow under, engulf, shower, bombard

Because they are talking about an overwhelming number of monsters you can use deluge there but it doesn't quite work the way you have the sentence structured. A better way to put it would be "These two will help us overcome the deluge of monsters our kingdom is facing!" You don't need to say it is good news as that is evident by the sentence. Unless you're a monster I guess. I don't know how close that is to the Japanese but it makes more sense in english.

Not sure this spoiler is accurate. Unless they changed something from the WN.

Read chapter 31 of the WN for this part. Manga artist may have changed events, as happened before.
The raws are the raws, part of it is to deliver a visual storytelling - that's what it looks like to me. Shrug.

Thanks for all the hard work and ending it in a nice chapter.
I'm sad to see you not working on this series anymore but I guess I need to move on now~
Anyway, farewell.
