@HunLepto Based on the ratings the answer is yes NTR stories in mangadex tend to go below 6.

Tbh the most open minded H community is the one in E-hentai just about everything there gets 4 star and above the only exceptions are bad translation, rewrite, lazy hentai(this are usually tagged as others or misc) and full blown guro where only10% or less is the sex guro on a couple of pages is fine though you’ll see comments of boner getting killed but yeah still has high rating.

NTR scat rape Ryona even super old western or eastern hentai will get a 4 star and above there you can hate it in the comments though but usually rating is consistent.

@greatninjaH I was mainly talking about yuri NTR only, not NTR itself as NTR is generally hated anyway (though, that's new information that people on E-hentai accept it more and vanilla fags don't annoy everyone). The main thing is that any fetish guys hate generally will be good in their eyes if it's with two girls. Comments don't really dissappoint me though, my statement is really true. In my opinion, if you hate something and then start liking it, because there's sugar topping on it, you're a hypocrite.

@HunLepto Tbh that idea isn’t only for NTR most readers find things more acceptable when it has Yuri or Yaoi I think it’s just how the fan base works even for stuff like lolicon if it has yuri in the tags it is usually have higher ratings compared to hetero loli content
