Possible Wishes Gimmicks:
1. Digital sum bullshit, somehow. If the math can meet FMCs' conditions with any of the digits present in the day and month, they screw. Requires big brain on author's part. And god-like wrist strength lol.
2. Iff he's adding a new character, Author has to have them all go at the same time at least once. So probably multiples of + digit-presence of 6. (Maybe a relative of stepsister?)
3. The two FMCs have their own "schedules" changed, swapped, etc., headbump-style.
4. MC "suffers" thru entirety of August (because 3 + 5 = 8).
