At least here, in manga world, some girls get it. Why the fuck do they go to toilets in groups?

In the story about visiting the chuunibyou at her home, Najimi-chan had been to the chuunibyou's room in grade school and Tadano-san was regarded by the chuunibyou as the first male to do so; that implies that Najimi-chan presented herself as female in grade school, which makes it highly probable that Najimi-chan is indeed female.

@RiseOne - they only pretend to be individuals. They're actually a hivemind and can't separate too far from each other.
Or, more realistically, they feel too lonely and vulnerable to go to a public toilet alone. I mean, toilet is the one place you can get caught with your pants down.

This is my first read-through, but it looks as if when Najimi was moving around so often that they became childhood friends with the bulk of Japan, they switched which gender they presented as each time, or possibly even more frequently than that — so it's not that Najimi was presenting as male in Jr High and female in elementary school, it's that they were presenting as the same gender as the one(s) they were childhood-friend-ing.
In the end, it's probably best to consider them nonbinary — the author's probably never going to resolve their assigned-at-birth gender, and certainly won't be depicting their genitalia.

@Oeconomist it wasn't told that in grade school only girls were visiting Nakanaka. Plus, girls get conscious about boys' visits starting from middle school, and my best guess is that Nakanaka counted starting from there. Though 0 is great count.
Anyway, this doesnt give us a clue about Najimi's gender. It is still a mistery

You're stretching in the desire to keep the mystery somehow going. Worse, you begin with a claim that it simply false.

It was noted — by the chuunibyou — that only girls had visited her.

The weaker claim — that she were unreliable on this point — is based on a wild exaggeration. While the differences between boys and girls acquire more significance in the minds of children as some of them begin to go through puberty, they are conscious that there are differences from much earlier.

@Oeconomist as I said, it wasn't told that in grade school only girls were visiting Nakanaka.
Or, maybe, I missed something.
As you say that, can you remind me, where was it exactly? chapter and page?

If I knew the chapter number off the top of my head, then, sure, I'd give it to you; likewise for the page number; but I'm not going to search for something that people didn't logically process and subsequent forgot. In order to find the chapter and page, I'd use the information that I gave to you. So find the chapter in which the Tadano &alii visited the chuunibyo in her home.

Exactly
I had visited that chapter before writing the message. And there had been no such statement. There was Nakanaka starting to say "the boys are..." implying that the boys are not welcomed, and that's it.
So, I'm still waiting for you to give me exact chapter and exact page, if you are still defending your position

If you visited that chapter, then you should know its number. So, instead of being coy, tell me what it was. I'll then note the panels and dialogue, thoughts, or narrative that make the case.

That was the most pointless argument I'd stopped reading part way through in a while. Najimi is whatever Najimi wants to be whenever Najimi wants to be it, and short of the author specifically dropping the joke about his/her gender being ambiguous on purpose at some point, we're not supposed to know.
